Erik Blomjous is a Dutch national, educated in mechanical engineering and business administration. His first international experience was a half year traineeship at an electronics factory of Philips in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. As a young salesman at Stork (industrial group) he was selected by the European Commission to join the Executive Training Program (ETP13) in Japan. Erik continued his studies at the Naganuma language school and Sophia University in Tokyo, and received certifications in Japanese language, business and management.
Erik has served in various commercial roles at the companies Stork, Douwe Egberts, KPN Mobile, MPS Systems, gAvilar and Ventilex. He has worked together with more than 50 Asian organizations, but his international carrier also includes active sales in the America’s, Middle East, the Pacific and Europe. From 2002 until 2006 he has been the Attaché for Science and Technology for the Ministry of Economic Affairs at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Tokyo.
In 2008 Erik developed his Blomjous Sales Multiplier, providing sales management services for start-up and SME companies.
